5-Minutes Healthy Chocolate Tofu Mousse

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 150 g Silken Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Van Houten Cocoa Powder
  • 30 g Gavia Sweetener or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Crushed Digestive Biscuits

Instructions

  • Blend everything expect digestive biscuits together until smooth.
  • Pour the mousse into a nice dessert cup and layer them with some crushed digestive biscuits.
  • Put it into the fridge to chill.
  • Dust with some extra Van Houten Cocoa Powder and garnish with some fresh berries when serving.
