Crispy Egg White Biscuits (Cat's Tongue Biscuits)

Ingredients

  • 50 g salted butter melted
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 50 g egg whites
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix together egg white, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until combine.
  • Then, fold in plain flour.
  • Pipe out onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake 190°C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely before keeping it in airtight container.
