Mix together egg white, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until combine.

Then, fold in plain flour.

Pipe out onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake 190°C for about 12 to 15 minutes.

Let it cool completely before keeping it in airtight container.
