Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms


  • Portobello mushrooms
  • Pizza topping cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried basil


  • Drizzle olive oil, dried basil and salt and pepper onto portobello mushroom evenly.
  • Sprinkle some chopped garlic over.
  • Top it up with cheese and cherry tomatoes.
  • Bake at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
