Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
Portobello mushrooms
Pizza topping cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Dried basil
Instructions
Drizzle olive oil, dried basil and salt and pepper onto portobello mushroom evenly.
Sprinkle some chopped garlic over.
Top it up with cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Bake at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
