If you do not have your own private vehicle, do not fair as you could hop onto public buses provided by Causeway Link easily to reach there directly. (via bus JPO2, SL1, or CW7L)

The serviced apartment offers 4 different type of apartments. Studio Premier, 1-Bedroom Premier, 2-Bedroom Premier, and 3-Bedroom Premier. I got the 1-Bedroom Premier which has a living room, an open kitchen, a one large bedroom. The 58 sqm apartment is ideal for couples or a small group of friends of up to 3 looking for a short staycation from Singapore.

Based on contemporary design, the apartment made me feel lavished and homey. The uniquely purple, green and gray color scheme created a fun and present environment. It was spacious and modern. But the best part, it’s so affordable!

They provide an array of services. You could get help from their 24-hour reception to hire babysitting services and or get your clothes clean with laundry cleaning services all within the premises with a small charge. Additionally, they do provide you with in-room electronic safe, and high-speed Wi-Fi for free!

Swimming Pool at Somerset Medini Iskandar Puteri

Feel ease with their facilities and amenities when staying there! Take a dip and go swimming at their outdoor pool! Sophie and I did spend our time here to chill and relax for awhile before we head back to Singapore!

MEDINI ISKANDAR PUTERI HOTEL APARTMENTS — Gym

In case you need to visit the gym for a quick one, they do offer a fully equipped gymnasium for their residence! Although it can be a little warm, but I really love the huge glass window around the room. The bright feel and amazing view will sure to motivate you to hit the gym!

Lastly, they also feature a kids room located just beside the pool! Parents can now enjoy their time relaxing by the pool while their kids could play around with the toys in the room. Fully air-conditioned with abundant of different toys and children-oriented TV shows for your kids’ entertainment. You do not need to worry about your kids anymore because all the premises are exclusively for residents staying in the apartment.

Be rest assured as the building has 24-hour security on site and surveillance camera around to ensure your safety. The hotel staffs are very responsive and friendly to help me out whenever I needed help too! I felt very safe and secure when I’m in Somerset.

Price starting around just SGD$100 for the One-Bedroom Premier Apartment, make sure to check out Somerset Medini Iskandar Puteri if you are looking for a short staycation around the area! For the price you will be paying for, I would say that it would be such a bargain! I can foresee myself coming back here with my family and friends for a short getaway (and to shop at Johor Premium Outlet)!
