Cream Cheese Garlic Bread (육쪽마늘빵)
I love Korean street food! I came to know about Cream Cheese Garlic Bread when I came across a video of a Korean shop selling these babies. It looks so good that I knew I had to recreate it the next day! I decided to make the bread from scratch instead of getting off shelves so it could look as authentic as how the Koreans are selling. I can tell you that it was damn good! My mum hates anything with cheese, I left half a slice for her to try it out thinking she would only take a bite. Express Tiramisu Recipe for Two
When it comes to parties and gatherings, I love to surprise my friends with my homemade Tiramisu. It’s definitely a crowd-pleaser! However, there are times whereby you just want to make some for yourself so that you could tuck away one corner of your bed to eat while catching up on your Netflix’s series. Indonesians love to sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese onto their cakes. I was intrigued to try it out and when I got to try it, it was lovely. To extract all the flavors out from the tea…
Orange Chiffon Cake with Orange Custard and Whipped Cream Cheese
Adapted from my Pandan Chiffon Cake, this is a foolproof zesty recipe. Orange Chiffon Cake! YUM. Sandwiched with orangy custard, creamed with whipped maple cream cheese frosting and top it off with strawberries. Not too sweet but still refreshing and creamy! You could garnish it with orange zest and mint leaves. I’m lazy so I just spread both the custard and the frosting to give that very rustic homemade look. To be honest, I am not a good cake decorator. I realized it was a little slanted. But, oh well…..
