Ultimate Prawn Party by Makan@Jen Hotel Orchardgateway

I got to try out Makan@Jen Ultimate Prawn Party Buffet a few weeks back. Hotel Jen Orchardgateway invites every to a prawn extravaganza! Look at the wide arrays of dishes here!

There is a grilling section, where you get to choose your own type of prawns and the chef will grill for you. The chef will prepare it according to the different kind of prawns you have selected to bring out the best flavors of it as there are subtle differences in textures.

The best thing is that there are 5 different sauces to pair with your grilled prawns! Yum!

Crispy, love how it goes with the crackers! You can expect many types of cooking methods used for different flavors! I also really liked their Salted Egg Yolk Prawns.

I had delicious Wanton Noodles that day. I was also told that sometimes they would have Prawn Noodles. Choose the type of vegetables you want and request the chef to prepare it with the noodles.

One of my personal favorites is Jen’s Laska Fried Rice! Very fragrant and flavorful. They are not skimpy on the ingredients and spices used!

I love the idea of having a Prawn Party as I love prawns! I got to stuff myself with so many prawns until I couldn’t take it anymore. If you are looking for a gathering with your like-minded friends who loves prawn, I think you should check out Makan@Jen Hotel Jen Orchardgateway.

You also got to enjoy their wide range of desserts. Not only they have delicious swiss roll and cakes, they also have extensive choices of flavors for their ice-cream! Yum yum!
